The Country Club Estates Homeowners Association (CCEH) is a nonprofit Corporation that owns and operates the Clubhouse and Pool facilities for the 115 homeowners in the subdivision.

Per your Deed, the 115 homeowners in the subdivision are the owners and voting members of this corporation. This is not an optional membership.

The Association is governed by a board of 7 directors. The directors are chosen for 2 year terms that are staggered so that 4 are elected one year and 3 the next. The directors are elected each year at The Annual Meeting held in late January or early February. The bylaws of the association prohibit a board member from serving more than 3 consecutive terms. Each year after the elections in February the board of directors elects 4 officers, President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The board is diverse and great effort is expended to include everyone in the decision making process. You can see pictures and information about the present board on the Board Members page.

The Homeowners Association collects dues from the homeowners to operate and maintain the Clubhouse and Pool facilities. Presently (effective 1/1/2019) the dues are $300 per year per lot, payable in two $150 Payments, one due prior to January 1, and the other due prior to July 1. Homeowners are obligated to these dues (even if they have their own pool or clubhouse) by the deed to their property.  If you do not pay your dues prior to Jan 1 or July 1, they will be considered delinquent and a late fee of $20 per month will be assessed.

The Pool and Clubhouse are well maintained and see continual use for everything from small meetings and private parties to weddings and bridal showers. By long standing practice, these facilities are not available to anyone outside the 115 members in the Country Club Estates Subdivision.

All facilities are reserved (see reservations Clubhouse or Pool) on a first come first served basis. In general, facilities cannot be reserved more than 3 months in advance but exceptions are made for unique special events such as weddings and special anniversaries where more lead time is required. We also limit reservations to no more than 3 on the calendar at one time. This helps keep the facilities open so all can have access.  

Over past years the homeowners have worked together to accommodate and help each other with special scheduling needs.

The preferred way to request a reservation is to use the internet. The Country Club Estates Web address (URL) is countryclubestates.org. Once requests for reservations are accepted they will be posted in the website calendar within 7 days. If there is a problem or short notice you can text Renee Farrell at 901-590-5109, be sure to include your name and address.

There is a reservation fee of $100 to cover the cost of using the Clubhouse or Pool but a workday credit can be used to cover this cost. Workday credits are given out to homeowners who help out at workdays or volunteer their services to help the association out at other times. It is easy, helpful, and usually fun to help out and since we are nearly 100% self maintained there is always something to be done that can fit into your schedule. Remember, the association property belongs to all of us and most of us are very proud of it.
