Please read and review the Reservation Procedure on the Reservations Page. The reserving homeowner is responsible for meeting all the conditions on the Clubhouse Reservations Page.
The reserving homeowner is responsible for all the cleanup items on this list. The written and posted check sheets are posted for convenience. You are not required to fill them out and return them but you are still responsible for all the items on the list.
We are self maintained and we have no janitor. It is important that you leave the Clubhouse clean so the folks using it next don't need to clean up after you. We recognize that we all have different standards and you should plan to come early and check to make sure the Clubhouse meets your particular standards. Some touch up may be required prior to your event.
The reserving homeowner must be present for the event and is responsible for the cleanup. See attached check off list.
