Pool Rules

Regular Pool Hours are:   Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday: 9 am to 9 pm

Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 9 am to 6 pm  Private Reservations start 5 pm and end at 10 pm.

There is no Pool Attendant or Lifeguard on Duty at this facility.  You, the homeowner, are responsible for your family’s and your guests’ safety at all times.

No child under the age of 16 may be left without a guardian/parent. Guardians must be at least 18. All guests must provide the Pool Attendant with an emergency phone number. Parents/Guardians found leaving children under the age of 16 without supervision could have their pool pass terminated.  

During regular hours property owners are limited to 10 guests.  The property owner must be present with all guests. Use your own pass. Do not open the gate for strangers.

Do not drag pool furniture. Pick it up and carry it.

No pool furniture, food, or drinks are allowed in the water at any time.

Glassware, bottles, cups, or breakable items are not allowed inside the fenced area.

Bicycles, roller blades, or skateboards, and wheeled recreational vehicles are not allowed inside the fenced pool area at any time.

Pets are not allowed in the pool area. Service animals are allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the fenced pool or bathroom areas during regular hours.

Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the pool area during regular hours

The telephone located on the pool house wall is to be used for emergencies only.  Pool phone number is (901) 382-8142.

Running, horseplay, or loud music is not permitted in the pool area at any time.

Hanging on the ropes or ladder is not permitted. If the rope is disconnected, the pool must close until the rope is back in tact..

Large floats are not allowed if there are more than 5 people in the pool.

Clean up your area and put all trash in receptacles before leaving pool area.

Proper attire (swimsuit) is required to enter the pool water. Street clothes and cut off jeans are not allowed in the water. Infants must wear Swim Diapers.

Report any Problems or issues to a board member. A list of numbers is on wall by Phone.

All persons visiting the pool must sign in and provide an emergency contact phone number on the sign in sheet located by the telephone.
